Complaints Procedure

Here at Broadway Dental Care, we take complaints very seriously and if you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance, please contact our practice manager Laura Clarke by calling 020 8360 1238 or in writing by addressing your letter to Dr Hardik Patel/Dr Satin Patel and sending your complaint to Broadway Dental Care, 1 Compton Road, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3PA. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days. If, however, you are not happy with the response please refer to our complaints policy below:
